Shaping wire since 1970
Muelles Brotons was founded in Ibi in 1970, in the heart of Spain's toy industry. Our first jobs were springs, miniatures and small wire accessories for the toy makers of the area: small parts, in large runs, with little room for error.
In 1978 the business became Muelles Brotons, S.L., a family company still run by the Brotons family. Over the years that experience moved into other industries: metal joinery, furniture, building enclosures and solar protection, packaging and industrial components.
Since 2000 we have worked with an ISO 9001 certified quality management system, scoped to “Manufacture of springs and wire products”. Today we manufacture at our premises in the El Derramador industrial estate, on Avenida del Juguete in Ibi.

Frequently asked questions
What do I need to request a quote for custom springs?
The drawing of the part or, if you don't have one, a description with approximate dimensions (wire diameter, outside diameter and length), material and quantity. You can also send or bring us a sample.
Which springs and parts do you make?
Compression, extension and torsion springs, wire forms (hooks, hairpins, pins, hangers, threaded parts) and straightened, cut and bent wire rods.
Do you make short runs?
Yes. We make anything from short runs to high volumes.
Do you design the springs?
We manufacture to the customer's drawing, sample or requirements. We don't do in-house design, but we review the manufacturing feasibility of every part before quoting.
Are you quality certified?
Yes. Our quality management system has been ISO 9001 certified since 2000, scoped to “Manufacture of springs and wire products”.
Where is the factory?
In Ibi (Alicante, Spain): Avenida del Juguete, 18, El Derramador industrial estate. You can bring or send us a sample at that address.
